Module Two: Research and Design
SuperLab became the second licensee of the renowned Group Genius design process from the MG Taylor Corporation (matttaylor.com). The first licensee was Ernst and Young Consulting (now Capgemini). (See www.capgemini.com/ase). Our design process has a long tradition of accomplishing in 2-3 days what traditional project design/development takes 3-9 months to accomplish. Supercharging our unique brand of design is the pinpoint accuracy of our marketplace research techniques. Our Core Strategy Assessor System allows our clients to not only increase the reliability of their research but lower the cost and time for the effort as well.
